Do you want to make our customers happy by providing excellent AOG service?

In following our processes, you will learn to quickly make the right decisions under high pressure, while consistently providing our customers with excellent service. You are dealing with the entire request process – from taking customer requests to delivering the component shipment.

Your main tasks:

  • Quickly responding to the AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requests in the most effective way
  • Serving customer requests in line with contractual parameters to ensure smooth operations of our customers
  • Handling ad-hoc loan & exchange requests from airlines all around the globe
  • Documenting actions taken in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and paying attention to detail
  • Sourcing units worldwide when required including logistics solutions
  • Track and trace units until they reach their final destination at our customers
  • Developing supplier relations to extend our worldwide AOG network
  • Supporting KPI generation to monitor and improve our performance
  • Monitoring and control critical components ensuring smooth flight operations

 

We are looking for you if you:

  • Are committed to providing excellent service and are passionate about aviation with work experience preferably in a high-pressure environment
  • Have an apprenticeship experience or other education in logistics, customer service or similar
  • Have English business level skills; French or German language skills are beneficial
  • Are good at analyzing technical documents and are even better at communicating whilst multi-tasking
  • Are happy to work on a rotational 24/7 shift plan incl. on-call duty

HOP! extends relationship for Component Support with Spairliners

Spairliners and HOP! enter bilateral agreement for the extended Component Support of HOP!’s E-Jet fleet of 32 aircraft.

Hamburg – Spairliners GmbH and HOP! have extended their business relationship by signing a long-term contract for the comprehensive Component Support of HOP!’s E-Jet fleet. HOP! currently operates a fleet of 15 Embraer E170 and 11 Embraer E190. During the next two years HOP! will add an additional six brand new E190 to its fleet and will then operate 32 E-Jet aircraft. This contract includes a dedicated on-site stock for HOP!’s exclusive use in Paris- Charles de Gaulle, improved logistic processes and a customized and automated IT-interface. Spairliners will provide its Component Services from its pool location in Paris.

Component support extended for Kenya Airways

Spairliners continues Integrated Component Care services for 15 Embraer E-Jets

Hamburg – Spairliners GmbH and Kenya Airways have extended its existing Integrated Component Care contract covering full component support for 15 E-Jet aircraft of the leading African airline. With this further long-term prolongation effective by April 2018, the contracted services have been enhanced by an on-site customer representative based in Nairobi and a Line Maintenance Training for Kenya Airways’ aircraft mechanics.

Kenya Airways’ E-Jet fleet will be supplied from Spairliners’ component pool and logistic centers located in Paris and Munich. Additionally, an optimized on-site stock will be provided at Kenya Airways premises for their proprietary use.

The innovative approach of Spairliners enables Kenya Airways to optimize its cost position and further increase its aircraft availability. Spairliners proved to be a reliable and high-quality provider and we are pleased with the contract prolongation”, says Ron Lussier, Head of Material Management at Kenya Airways.

Spairliners awarded by Royal Jordanian Airlines

Jordan’s flag carrier, Royal Jordanian, has signed a component services contract with Spairliners, the leading Integrated Component Care provider for Embraer E-Jet and Airbus A380 aircraft. Effective from March 2018 the contract covers the component supply and repair management of Royal Jordanian Airlines’ E-Jet fleet consisting of three E175 and two E195 aircraft.
